What is WVVA.net Wireless Broadband?

WVVA.net Wireless is based on fixed wireless technology which allows internet communications by radio.  Basically, the internet is sent to a radio installed at your home from one our relay towers.  This technology is capable of speeds up to 5-15 Mbps (45 Mbps in Point to Point configuration)

Installation

In order to receive WVVA.net Wireless Broadband, a radio must be installed at your home.  The standard radio is very small and hardly noticeable.  One of our friendly technicians will come to your house and perform the installation.  The equipment is free for your use and remains the property of WVVA.net Inc. 

Basic installation includes:

	Standard mounting of standard radio
	Up to 50' of Ethernet cable
	Setup of Internet access and email to 1 computer
	*Cost is $80, which includes your first months access

* Installation fee is $80, after a rebate of $40

Basic Business installation includes:

	All of the above
	A Router and configuration
	Setup of internet access and email on up to 5 computers
	Cost is $220, which includes your first months access

Some situations may require additional fees if the installation requires extra equipment (i.e. mounts, additional cable, etc.).  Basic installation does not include any PC troubleshooting, etc.

	Burst speed up to 1.5 Mbps, minimum of 384k/128k
	Up to 5 email accounts

WVVA.net Advantage:

	Burst speed up to 2.0 Mbps, minimum of 784k/384k

Billing Options:

	WVVA.net Autopay: Automatic payment by Debit/Credit card.  Processed on the 1st day of the service month
	Email: Monthly bill sent to your master email address on the 10th of the month for next months service.  Payment can be made online, at our store location, or by US mail and is due by the 1st day of the service month
	US Mail:  Monthly bill sent by US Postal service on the 10th of the month for next months service.  Payment can be made at our store location, or by US mail and is due by the 1st day of the service month.

Note:  WVVA.net Wireless Broadband requires a Line of Sight (LOS) connection from your location to one of our access points.  Not all locations will be serviceable.  If you are within our coverage area, we will do a site survey to insure that quality service is available to your location.
